At Kula Consulting, growth is at the heart of everything we do. We are a development consulting and training network based in Malawi, and the word Kula means “to grow” in Chichewa — reflecting our commitment to strengthening people, organisations and communities through knowledge, collaboration and sustainable development.
Through tailored development consulting in Malawi and professional training, we help organisations develop practical skills, strengthen systems and create sustainable impact across Uganda, East Africa and the wider Southern Africa region.
Our work combines Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Gender & Social Inclusion, Programme Design, Policy Development, Public Health and organisational capacity building. Through tailored consulting and professional training, we help organisations develop practical skills, strengthen systems and create sustainable impact across Malawi, Uganda, East Africa and the wider Southern Africa region.
